Khind Enterprise Inc. and /or its associates, related parties, successors and assigns (collectively hereinafter referred to as  “us”, “we” or “our” respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect through our websites (the "jugnitv.com", “Sites”), through our products and when you contact us for support, how we use that information, and what choices you have.

The Sites may contain links to other web sites. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of any company or individual that Khind Enterprise Inc. does not control, or any web sites that you link to from the Sites. You should carefully review the privacy policies of any web sites that you visit from ours to learn more about their information and privacy practices. The collection and use of your personal information shall be governed by such other party or site’s privacy policy. Khind Enterprise Inc. is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

1.1  This Privacy Policy is supplementary to the General Terms and Conditions("T&C"), and is incorporated into the T&C by this reference. 

1.2  By providing us with your personal information in any way, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.  

1.3  If you are accessing or using our website or application, please be aware that our website or application may contain links to websites of third parties.  By clicking on such links, you may be transferred to the website of the third party.  We not responsible in any way for the privacy practices of such third parties and you are advised to view and read the privacy statements issued by the third parties to ensure that you understand and agree to the same.

What information we collect

In various places on the Sites and through the JugniTV products, we collect “Personally Identifiable Information” such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, or other information that can be used to identify you or contact you. For example, we collect this information when you create an account, register for our message boards, sign up for our email newsletter, and purchase from our website or register a JugniTV product, download a software update, enter a sweepstakes or participate in surveys, promotions and give-away. From time to time in the future we may offer software updates, upgrades, additional features, services and promotional opportunities that would require you to submit Personally Identifiable Information to participate.

We also collect “Anonymous Information” such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, the pages on our Sites that you visit, the search terms that you enter or the advertisements that you click. Anonymous information can and will NOT be associated with Personally Identifiable Information.

Like many Internet sites, we also use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer and is stored on your hard drive. When you visit our Sites the cookie identifies your computer to us so that you do not have to re-register each time you visit. JugniTV products upload usage information to JugniTV as part of their normal functioning. The collected information includes the specific identifiers of streams played, duration played, various quality measures, error logs, software version numbers, and other usage statistics. Usage information uploaded from JugniTV products is personally identifiable by product serial number. In some cases, serial numbers are associated with personally identifiable information for customer service and support.

The information collected from many users is aggregated for analysis and, in some instances, made generally available anonymously to users of JugniTV products and JugniTV services. For example, JugniTV may use such information to provide features such as lists of popular videos. JugniTV may also use personally identifiable information to make content recommendations to individual users.

If you do not wish JugniTV to use your information as described in this section, please follow the procedure in “What Choices You Have” below.

We do not intend that children will use the Sites. We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age, nor will we accept registration from them.

 

How we use the information we collect

We use Personally Identifiable Information that you provided us to perform the services for which the data was collected, such as to understand what your needs and requirements are, for order fulfilment, customer support and marketing activities, such as e-mail newsletters and sending you information about products and services that may be of interest to you, in other advertising, statistical compilation or marketing-related purposes; to profile your information preferences, for example, understanding how you use the website or application, reviewing the nature of your communication and/or reviewing your search contents, any service pages you access;monitor or improve the performance of, products and services available through this website or application; monitor compliance with terms and conditions of use of this website or application, enforce our rights and protect the safety of others including investigating and if necessary removing any content about which we receive a complaint and for any purpose if we are required to do so by any law or other regulatory or government authority. Later on in this Privacy Statement, we provide you with more information on how to opt-out of marketing communications.

We use non-Personally Identifiable Information to determine how people use the Sites and its services and to analyze usage and performance of our products and their software and features. For example this data tells us information including how often users click on our advertisements, which files are downloaded most frequently, and which areas of our site are the most popular. Analyzing this data allows us to improve our products and services. In case you upload your personal information to the part of the website or application which is accessible to public, then we may use that information in accordance with our terms and conditions of use and there is a possibility that this information can be accessed by the public. Thus we disclaim any responsibility for this.

 

Unless you inform us otherwise in accordance with Opting out Clause, we may also use your Data to communicate with us ("Communications"):

How we share information

We sometimes use third parties to help with certain aspects of our operations, such as processing credit card payments and providing marketing assistance. We aggregate the Anonymous Information that we collect and exchange it with advertisers and others who are interested in our services.

a)     We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information as required by law, or if in our judgment it is necessary to protect JugniTV Inc. or our users from loss or liability, to enforce the general Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy or any other agreements executed with you or any related entity; to protect the rights, property or personal safety of other Users and/or the public, or to protect the business operations of  website or application; where applicable, to credit reference agencies, where your Data may be used by other credit grantors for the purposes of:

i.  Making credit decisions about you and the people with whom you are financially associated with:

ii.  Fraud or money laundering prevention; and occasionally, for tracing debtors.

iii.  Accordingly, your Data will be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law to do so. If you post or send offensive or objectionable content to us or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior in respect of website or application, we can use whatever Data that is available to us about you to stop such behavior. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as your employer and law enforcement agencies about the content and your behavior.

iv.  We may share some or all of your personal information with our current or future “affiliates” (which means a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control), in which case we will require our affiliates to honor this privacy policy. If we merge with or are acquired by another company, the resulting combined company will use the information you have provided as described in this policy. If we cease operation, your information may be transferred to and used by another company that offers similar or related products or services. subject to opting out Clause, the use or processing by our Business Partners of your Data, including any Personal Information contained in your Data, for the purpose of sending you Business Partner Communications.

 If you do not want to receive information about our products and services or do not want to receive information from our partners and others about products and services that might interest you, you can send an email to JugniTV Inc. at privacy@Jugnitv.com. Even if you choose not to receive information from us, we reserve the right to communicate with you on matters we consider especially important relating to our products or services.

 

Retaining and Deleting Data

          1.1  Upon termination of your access to website or application in accordance with the general Terms of Use, we may still be required to retain your Personal Information or  Data in order to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, collect fees owed (if any), resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems etc, but always done within a legal framework.

          1.2 When you request for your Data to be removed in accordance with Opting out Clause, you will be added to a suppression list to ensure your request is complied with.

 

Information Requests

          1.1  You have a right to ask for a copy of your Personal Information and are obliged to correct any inaccuracies in your Personal Information. If you are unable to use our website or application to correct such inaccuracies, you may ask us to do so on your behalf (where possible).

          1.2       Unless the Personal Information relates to an individual which you are legally responsible for such as a minor under 18, you may not give us Personal Information about any other person. If you do so, you confirm that they have appointed you to act on behalf of them, to consent to the processing of their Personal Information, including sensitive personal data, to the transfer of their Personal Information abroad and to receive on their behalf any Communications from us or any Business Partner Communications from our business partners.
